3、檢查潤滑部位：對于設備運行中具有相對運動的定動接觸面，如機床導軌表面、各處軸承與軸等處需要潤滑的部位，應根據運動特性等方面的因素，加注潤滑油或潤滑脂進行潤滑。具體設備機械結構不同，其潤滑部位及潤滑方式也不相同，需視具體設備而定。開齒穿條機在門窗設備中大量使用的氣源處理三聯體，每次開機之前都要檢查其油霧器油杯內的油面高度，并使之保持準確的油面高度。
